HGE was selected to provide full-service architectural services for this major automotive dealership building remodel and addition on Highway 101 (North Bayshore Drive), Coos Bay. This project was primarily wood frame roof and wall structure, slab-on grade. The building is single story, and followed closely the branding guidelines of Toyota Corporation, while adhering to strict local and state guidelines for an automobile retail building located beside a protected waterway.

Interior spaces consisted of a showroom, offices, restrooms, a full-service coffee bar with deli, service bays and a car wash area. Store operations continued during the entire construction period, which required very close coordination.
