Work on this project consisted of Seismic Upgrades to the existing North Bay Fire Station and an accepted alternate bid for a building addition. Base bid work included all work related to the seismic upgrade: concrete shearwalls and footings, square tube steel, wall sheathing, siding, reroofing, insulation, gypsum board, flooring, painting, openings, and other finish work related to the structural upgrades. Alternate bid work included exterior walls, interior partitions, insulation, flooring, painting, openings, plumbing, HVAC, and other finish work related to the building addition.
