This project involved the construction of a new branch building for the Mid Oregon Credit Union in La Pine, Oregon. The single-story, wood framed building includes a lobby with a custom light-fixture, offices for loan officers and the branch manager, teller desks, a meeting room, workroom, and breakroom. The building also offers a drive-through ATM and bike racks. Key architectural features are a regionally-appropriate parapet wall at the façade, as well as use of heavy timber framing and decking and stone. Site design included parking, sidewalks, lighting, landscaping, utility enclosures, and storm water management.
