BAKER HOUSE - ADULT ALCOHOL & DRUG REHABILITATION

HGE was contracted by Baker County for full architectural services. Our services for the project included site survey, soils investigation, building and site design, and construction administration of the Baker County/New Directions Northwest Adult Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Building and Site Improvements. The building was based on a layout utilizing modular building type construction. The final plans and specifications allowed the project to be built either through modular construction, panelized construction, or traditional site-built construction. The building is approximately 8,200 sq. ft. located on a 0.78 acre site in Baker City. Hanley Engineering assisted with soils engineering, topographical survey, and site inspection services. The project was funded by OECDBG with funding administered by USDA RD.
